Dr. Muidh Awadh Algahtani is the Director of the Entrepreneurship Department at the University of Tabuk. He has a PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University, USA (2023 and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (2012). He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Tabuk's Faculty of Engineering. He is currently an Assistant Professor in Industrial Engineering at the University of Tabuk. His interests include engineering management, engineering economy, and continuous improvement. Dr. Algahtani has 12 years of experience in public-sector project and facility management.

Anna Pinnarelli (Italy, 1973) receivedher degree in Management Engineering from the University of Calabria in 1998 and herPh.D. in Electrotechnics Engineering in 2002 from the Electrical Engineering Department of the University of Naples, Italy. Since 2022 sheis Associate Professor at the Mechanical, Energetic and Management Engineering Department of University of Calabria, Italy. The field of her expertise are in FACTS technology, harmonicanalysis, electrical system automation and decentralized control, electrical power systems control and management, smart grid, microgrid, nanogridtechnologies and demand response, market model and aggregator framework for energy district.

Dr. Johny Mouallem is a researcher in petroleum and subsurface engineering with expertise in CO₂–rock–fluid interactions, reactive transport, and carbonate reservoir characterization. He holds a MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University (2017) and a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Khalifa University (2025), with research focused on geochemical among CO₂/carbonate/brine geosystem, physicochemical and interfacial interactions, and multiphase flow in porous media. Dr. Mouallem has more than 3 years of industrial and academic experience combining experimental work, geochemical modeling, and data analysis to investigate fluid–rock interactions relevant to carbon capture and storage (CCS), enhanced oil recovery (EOR), and subsurface energy systems. His research interests also include reactive core-flooding, wettability alteration, and emerging applications of physics-informed and data-driven modeling in porous media. He has collaborated with academic and research institutions across the Middle East, USA and Europe and has presented his work at international conferences.
